Are your eyes hurting yet?

So last time I did a challenge, I asked people to pick for me between a couple different ones on my ng page . One of the losing options was to slim down to 5% body fat. Well it's finally time to get to it! According to SCIENCE, men need above 3% body fat to keep on living healthily and according to SOME GUY a decent weight range for a cyclist is 5% to 15%. Of course I'm not really a competitive cyclist nor does it actually matter one iota how fat I am when on the bike because the only people to beat on the bike paths are grandparents and fat people who punish their bicycles for having been made.

But let's do it anyway! This represents a pretty important psychological millstone for me. I used to be at 222 pounds. Going to 5% body fat means I've lost all the fat I could possibly lose. Haven't you ever wondered what you'd look like if you made it to that point? And if your answer to that question is "no, I'm already there!", then may I suggest you eat a god damn piece of pizza you scrawny-ass little bastard.

Anyway, I figure I'm at about 8% right now. I weigh 152 pounds. Look at this fat ass:



Man, gotta shed that weight! Once again, according to science, to reach my self-destructive and possibly idiotic goal, I have to lose 6 pounds, going down to 146. And now for some priceless BEFORE pictures:

I'm aiming to keep at 5-6% body fat from then on. This shouldn't be too hard considering I do like 8 hours of bike per week. Hopefully I don't shrivel up and die from this. See you in a month! OH THE FUN THIS WILL BE!
