COMMENTS:

- I feel like shit today.
- I have already lost as much weight as I projected to lose by the time I'd be done and I'm only at the half way mark. What the fuck? Do I have a tape worm or something? That's a frightening speed for weight loss. I guess this means Photoshop burns more calories than working out. At this rate I should finish this at 152. That's low...
- My BMI went from 27.4 to 25.2. According to this calculation, I could weight 125 and still be at a normal weight.
- You know it's bad when you're dreaming of having a 1000 calorie day. Man I'd eat so many things.
- Celery does NOT have negative calories. 128 grams of celery has 17 calories. While it may be true that you spend more calories eating it than it contains, that same observation carries for things like cucumbers and salad. YOU AIN'T NOTHING SPECIAL, CELERY.
- My roomates are eating pizza at the moment. DAMN THEM.
- I will never do this again. This sucks.

THINGS I'VE LEARNED SO FAR:

- Grapes have 2 calories, dill pickles have 1 ( depending on size / cut of course )
- Gum has 1 to 4 calories per stick. FUCK
- Shrimps are ridiculously low in calories
- Oils are incredibely high in calories ( 80 calories per 2 teaspoons , 2000 calories for a cup)
- Just because you cook at home doesn't mean it's low in calories. Duh.

I kept a log of what I was eating. Since I have to do it anyway. There's also comments. Comments are great. Everyone loves comments.

Comments: A pretty normal day. I had brought pizza dough from home and it was interesting to count how many calories are in those pizzas I make with my parents. Turns out, around 3000 calories for a 12 inch pizza. Haha.

Comments:Again, fun to count how many calories are in home cooking. I had brought a loaf of cheese bread and a zucchini cake. Each standing at around 2600 calories. Haha. Also butter and vegetable oil have infinite calories in them. Don't eat that stuff apparently.

Comments: Another meal from home today... I got some vegetables from the garden before coming back here in my apartment. A lot of vegetables. So I cooked them all at once and then blendered them into a coconut curry / soup. 4.5 litres of this. My mistake? Adding 1/3 cup of olive oil. That's 620 calories. Olive oil and oils in general are to be AVOIDED. They have more calories than butter. They say olive oil is really healthy for you, but I'm guessing you shouldn't drink a lot of it, maybe one tablespoon a day tops. That's still like 100 calories.

Comments: Finally finished my skim milk. It took 12 days. 12 frickin days. At the rate I used to eat cereal, that would have been gone in 3 days easy. I also made a mega salad today ( 21 cups). Adding olive oil and cheese was 500 extra calories, or 1/3 of the calories in that salad. And I added about as much as I would normally add in one salad for a diner. That is KRAZEH!
