So last year I started a challenge: Only drink 3 drinks for the whole year:

Honestly, it was easy. In fact, I kind of like not drinking now. Except at parties... parties without booze... can be ...ROUGH. The best thing about not drinking is all the shitty food you don't eat... it's BAD when I start to drink, it makes me so hungry... Or maybe it makes my tapeworms hungry. Well whatever it is usually ends with a nacho platter or freezer burned pizza pockets. Then there's the whole... alcohol costs money and is full of empty calories and makes you all lazy and sick and unable to train or do any work...

So all-in-all, pretty positive experience aside from all the free alcohol I had to pass on and the random taunts / questions from people who probably thought I was some hardcore alcoholic who was one Mike Hard's Lemonade away from taking off his belt and going 1940's dad on his kids.
