Well, I haven't done anything in a while. Been at my parent's house for over a month so I couldn't get anything done on this
website... so, sorry imaginary person who cares.
Anyway, let's start a little experiment! Starting today, I will eat food based on this chart:
STUPID EXPERIMENT
|
Yes, starting at 2000, I will lower my calorie intake by 100 every day until I reach 0 and then all the way back up to 2000. It will be pretty
annoying to check how many calories there are in everything using this
website . Let's see what happens! My starting weight is 180 pounds which gives me
a 27.4 BMI aka fatness.

What I look like
|
Given my weight and level of activity, I should eat about 2200 calories per day to maintain my weight. Using this fun system, I will be
in the hole by about 49 000 calories, which translates to over 13 pounds of fat. I can easily handle that so no, I won't die from this.
As an aside: it's so hard to do anything outside in Canada. It's cold 8 months out of 12. I can't do cardio when it's cold, my
throat hurts like hell from inhaling all the frigid air. Maybe I have throat cancer. So yeah, if you live in a place where it's warm most
of the time and you're still fat, you suck.
And if you are thin but are the "I eat whatever I want" type, it's because you are so bad at being a human being that you
forget to eat food. You're a failure of evolution and you would have died of starvation in the wild from all those times you forget to
shove berries in your mouth. If you're actually watching your weight and have some kind of muscle mass, then congrats I guess, you're better than me!
ROOLES
- I can eat less than what I'm supposed to. But why would I?
- Calories don't carry over. If I eat 1600 when I have to eat 1800, I don't save 200 calories for adding later.
That's it. See you in like 20 days for an update?
And as always: who cares?
Who indeed.
